1. Project: Residential House Luxury Renovation
   Location: Sandpiper Dr. Burleigh Heads Gold Coast
   

As you can see from the before and after shots, we completely transformed this house which was untouched since 1971 when it was built. We extended to the rear with a new kitchen area and Alfresco entertaining, Extended upstairs for a huge main Bedroom, Ensuite and WIR, and the carport to the front. The rest of the house was gutted and completely refitted.

The result is a very spacious living area with a beach feel. We used quality fittings and finishes throughout. There are a total of 4 external cladding finishes consisting of Matrix board, weatherboard,render and a glazed face brick from PGH. These finishes have blended together providing a ultra modern look again with a beach influence. The original frame was very structurally sound which provided a great starting point to complete the project. This conversion is another project we are very proud to put our name to.

2. Project: ‘The Observatory’ - Skyburnett Street
   Location: Gold Coast
   

This Split Level home was designed by our team and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and DLUG. The outside features of this house give it its own unique style that we and the client were quite taken with on completion. The client added to this with her skills as an interior decorator, coming up with a breathtaking home that everybody was very happy with.

3. Client: Dalziel Properties Pty Ltd
   Project: ‘Dee-ell Place’ - Broadbeach Luxury Apartment Development
   Location: 17 Anne Ave Broadbeach, Gold Coast
   

Dee-ell Place' is a luxury 4 apartment complex (photos above click for enlargement) that includes a basement car park, common BBQ and plunge pool area on the ground floor. It also boasts a roof top area with BBQ and toilet facilities for the exclusive use of the penthouse unit. High level security is provided with individual unit entry swipe cards, a colour video intercom, and lift service.

Upon entry the main feature is the (5m x 4m wide) stone water feature that covers the front wall of the building facing the street.

4. Client: Roy and Janice Willer
   Project: Residential Property
   Location: Cronin Island, Gold Coast

This was a 9 month project (photos above click for enlargement) involving stripping the house down to the frame and remodeling. Working closely with the architect and the owners on a design and construct basis, the house evolved into a great asset for its owners.

With the large amount of timber-work involved; a close management was kept on the quality of workmanship, resulting in the spectacular quality achieved. The finishes were 2nd to none and combined with the new layout-design, the owners ended up with a house that was raved about by many people involved in the high end market on the Gold Coast.

The client now has the property envied by many involved in the high end property market of the Gold Coast.

5. Client: J&B Projects Development
   Project: Residential Property
   Location: Robina, Gold Coast

Nestled on the side of a hill fronting a golf course (photos above click for enlargement), the outdoor balcony area, from which the kitchen opens via bi-folding windows, serves as the perfect entertaining area. The unique design with its exposed hardwood soffit rafters blends in perfectly with the semi bush surroundings adding to the peaceful nature of the area.
