Dee-Ell Broadbeach is a luxury four apartment complex that includes a basement car park and common BBQ and plunge pool area on the ground floor.
It also boasts a roof top area with BBQ and toilet facilities for the exclusive use of the penthouse unit. High level security is provided, with individual unit entry swipe cards, a colour video intercom and lift service.
Upon entry, the main feature is the 5 m x 4 m stone water feature that covers the front wall of the building facing the street.
Brad completed the project on time and within budget and to a very high standard finish that we were very happy with. He is very approachable with our concerns and was a pleasure to deal with right throughout the project.
I would recommend Brad and his team to anyone wishing to build larger projects without hesitation.
