Scott Koning from Design Vibe came up with the perfect design or the location. The industrial estate was predominantly 10 to 15 years old and our building provided a breath of fresh air for the area, we wanted to move away from a box-like industrial look.

All 8 units sold off the plan before we turned any soil.
